At Jeeter Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
